Designation:<\/strong> Project Manager<\/p>\n

Age:<\/strong> 30 \u2013 45 years.<\/p>\n

Salary:<\/strong> Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month<\/p>\n

Essentials:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. MBA \/ Masters in Public health\/ Social Sciences.<\/li>\n
  2. Minimum 2 year working experience post qualification in Social Development\/Health Sector.<\/li>\n
  3. Excellent command over English and Marathi language (written and spoken).
    <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Desirables:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Experience in implementing projects focused on awareness campaigns and\/or engaging multiple stakeholders and partners.<\/li>\n
    2. Experience in composing high quality brief, proposal etc<\/li>\n
    3. Possess excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint etc).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Report to PI, Empathy Campaign on regular basis for ongoing project activities.<\/li>\n
      2. To be a point of contact on behalf of Empathy Campaign to coordinate with VSTF district teams regarding the project objective, roles and deliverables.<\/li>\n
      3. Liaise with corporates\/foundations and NGO\u2019s in line with Empathy Campaign objectives.<\/li>\n
      4. Liaise with Health and other state Govt Departments to form subcommittee for Hepatitis at State level and report proceedings.<\/li>\n
      5. Organising and managing sensitization cum training of Chief Minister\u2019s Rural Development Fellows (CMRDF).<\/li>\n
      6. Coordinate in conducting IEC campaigns in all villages under VSTF program in line with Empathy Campaign objectives.<\/li>\n
      7. Coordinate with nominated nodal officer of VSTF for the campaign responsible for delivery of program on ground through CMRDFs as per objectives of Empathy Campaign.<\/li>\n
      8. Regular monitoring of project activities and providing a monthly project activities report.<\/li>\n
      9. Review and evaluate the progress report on quarterly basis as submitted by VSTF.<\/li>\n
      10. Any other responsibility as assigned by Project-Incharge, Empathy Campaign.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
